Return Window
We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions

Products must be returned in original condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective (see below).

You can choose a refund or a replacement case—your choice.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your Rodtux arrives damaged or defective, just send us images of the issue. We will:

Cover all return shipping costs, and

Either replace the product or send a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
We stand behind our gear. If your RodTux fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it under our manufacturer’s warranty—no questions asked.
